The benefits of using a VRI may outweigh the challenges the deaf/hard of hearing and their hearing counterparts.  Your wait time will be reduced dramatically and costs will be reduced depending on the length of time during a VRI connection. VRI is available 24 hours, 7 days a week and 365 days a year.  There is no minimum time length requirement for the use of VRI and will be billed according to the time length while connected to VRI.
