We are proud to share after a year-long project, ZVRS and Purple Communications are being recognized as a “best place to work” after scoring a 100% on the Disability Equality Index (DEI)! The DEI is a joint initiative of the American Association of People with Disabilities and Disability:IN.

The DEI survey evaluates our disability inclusion efforts in the areas of culture, leadership, enterprise-wide access, employment practices and community engagement. One of the efforts that influenced our DEI score is the employment of Deaf and hard of hearing team members who represent 49% of our non-interpreter workforce.

Our goal is to provide a place where everyone is welcome and where inclusion is at the core of what we do and who we are.
