My Contacts

is your address book — not just for Z phones but also for ZVRS calls placed from any videophone.

First, log into My Profile to add your family, friends and other people you frequently contact such as doctors, your children's teachers, takeout restaurants and other businesses — both hearing and videophone numbers.

Use your computer keyboard to type in the contact information onto our secured website — no more struggling with the videophone keypad. And if you have more than one Z phone, your contacts will be updated on all of them at once!

Best of all, you can access My Contacts to place ZVRS calls from any other VRS provider's videophone. Away from home or your office? Don't have a Z phone but prefer using ZVRS? Forgot the number of your favorite pizza place? Simply call ZVRS and tell the interpreter who you want to call. If the person is listed in your My Contacts list, the interpreter can connect you.
