NOTICE: If you decide to purchase a videophone from The Z™ at the subsidized price, you must affirm that you are deaf or hard of hearing, that the Z videophone will be for your own personal use and that you will not transfer the Z videophone to any other person under any circumstances. If a violation of any of these terms occur, your phone will be disabled and a financial penalty of a minimum $250 will be assessed to you as a recovery fee.
