1. Can anyone use TVM?
2. Can I use any videophone to call in?
For this service, all of the callers must call in from a Z-20, Z-150, a Mac or PC with Z4 software, or an iOS or Android mobile device with Z4 Mobile installed.
3. Will I have access to TVM before my scheduled time? What if my TVM call runs a little longer?
The call connection will be available 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. The call will automatically disconnect 15 minutes after the scheduled end time.
4. Is there any cost to use TVM?
No. There is no cost to use TVM.
5. Do I need to schedule TVM in advance?
Yes. You are asked to submit a request at least 48 hours in advance to ensure the availability on our TVM server. Click here to submit a TVM request.
