Preferred Communication Options

One of the “plusses” of VCO Plus is that you can choose from three communication options to meet your needs: ASL, signed English or signed English with lipreading.

To set up your communication preference, log into My Profile. Then, it’s as easy as 1-2-3!

1. Click on “My Videophones” in the left menu, then click the phone number of the videophone you are setting up.
2. Select “VCO Plus” from the Service Type drop-down menu." to "Select “Yes” under “Do you want to use VCO Plus?”
3. A VCO preference drop-down menu will then appear. Choose your preference, then click “Save.”
