Z5 Service Interruption 6/13/14

We experienced a service interruption for VRS and Point to Point calls from approximately 12:15 pm – 1:56 pm. Service has since been restored. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we worked to resolve the issue.


Z-20 and Z-5 Service Interruption 5/21/13

We experienced a service interruption for VRS and Point to Point calls from approximately 12 noon-1:55 pm. Service has since been restored. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we worked to resolve the issue.


Z-20 Service Interruption 2/27/13

ZVRS experienced a service interruption on Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at 1:14 p.m. Z-20 customers were unable to place or receive calls.

Service Interruption 10/24/12

ZVRS experienced a service interruption on Wednesday, October 24, 2012 from 8:52 to 10:08 a.m. ET. During that time, Z4 users could not make point-to-point or VRS calls. Other ZVRS calls were not affected. The cause of the interruption was due to a process issue during a maintenance period eariler that morning. The issue has since been rectified to ensure this does not occur in the future.

Service Interruption 9/20/12

ZVRS experienced a service interruption on Thursday, September 20, 2012 from 1:18 to 1:40 p.m. During that time, we were unable to accept VRS calls. VRS calls already in progress prior to the interruption and point-to-point calls were not affected. The cause of the interruption was a software process issue, which has since been rectified to ensure this does not occur in the future.
