Customer Care Representative (Tier I)

The Customer Care Representative (Tier I) will provide video support to inbound calling customers. This candidate will work with customers in a call center environment as well as the Tech Support Team. Candidates will answer emails and inbound calls from Video customers who may have general inquiries, compliments, complaints and level one technical needs.
• Primarily answering video calls and responding to customers need.
• Provide Tier I support to customers.
• Work with the Tier II department to trouble-shoot any issue related to customers need.
• Answer inbound emails from customers via website, answer questions, record their commendations and/or concerns.
• Document and report commendations and/or concerns to appropriate department.
• Transfer customers to Tier II support or Logistics as necessary.
• Complete call logs and reports
• Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
• Other duties as requested and/or assigned by supervisor.
• Must have good signing skills.
• Must have good people skills and a positive attitude.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, which include evening and weekend hours.
