Description:
This position will be responsible for supporting the general efforts of the Service Delivery team with a focus on order fulfillment, product configuration, shipping and receiving, and warehouse management. This includes a combination of tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, configuration, assembly, and shipment of product.

Reports To:   
Sr. Manager, Sales Operations

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provision videophone equipment
• Troubleshoot product configuration issues
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
• Receive and stage inventory to be recorded in the accounting system
• Pick, pack, and ship product to customers
• Customer issue resolution (via trouble tickets)
• Coordinate RMA requests
• Assist with special assignments
• Other duties as assigned by the Team Leader or Sales Operations Manager

Qualifications:

• Must be able to maintain confidentiality
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is a plus
• Strong computer skills
• High School diploma or GED required
• 2 years related experience experience in a warehouse environment is preferred
