With eZcall, you can make ZVRS and point-to-point calls directly from a web page on your computer.

Yes. However, you will need to make sure you already have Z5—also free—downloaded on your computer for it to work.
Go online to www.zvrs.com/services/features/ezcall and click the “Download eZcall” button.
Yes. You need to make sure the eZcall extension is the only one enabled. If you already have other extensions enabled—such as Skype—you will need to disable that extension in order for eZcall to work properly. If you are not sure how to do that, contact Z Customer Care by email at help@zvrs.com or call them at 866.932.7891.
Once eZcall is enabled, the phone numbers on the web page will appear white on a solid blue background. Simply place your cursor on the phone number and click. Z5 Desktop will pop up on your computer, ready to proceed with your call.
No. Only phone numbers that are completely numeric will work with eZcall.
